I am so glad you are here. I am a Marriage and Family therapist and earned my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in San Diego, California.

With Lighthouse Marriage and Family Therapy, I hope to help others by offering a neutral place for my clients to freely express their feelings, concerns and uncertainty. By doing so, I hope to create a sense of security and clarity which is my overall goal - helping others heal in a safe way. In addition to offering an ear and heart to my clients, I am in pursuit of actively de-stigmatizing therapy and want others to know and feel the power of healing through therapy.

Clinically, my philosophy is based on Jungian and Humanist Psychotherapy. I’ve worked extensively with all ages and specifically with tweens and adults.  My experience as an associate marriage and family therapist provided me with skills to help individuals, parents, and couples with a wide range of emotional dysregulation, behavioral issues, trauma, and toxic abusive relationships. My passion for psychology developed from my own personal work of understanding my own emotions and relationships over the past eight years. I’ve experienced different stages of personal development and growth. I continue to strive towards a deeper understanding of myself and others.
